Student teachers and beginning teachers are often swamped and overwhelmed by the everyday expectations placed on them.

Though teacher preparation programs are definitely rigorous and field- based, many of the daily responsibilities are not covered in the context of teacher preparation programs. Additionally, new teachers need more than a one-time orientation to all the essential of materials handed to them at the beginning of the school year.

This website is designed as a clearinghouse for new teachers, a one-stop shopping mall of helpful form letters, policies and procedures, legal issues, instructional strategies, classroom management, links to lesson plans, daily routine reminders, and much more.
